Initiation

We analyze roadblocks, identify double work and inconsistencies in laboratory practice, and evaluate the education status and training plans of your laboratory staff. Together with you, Atlas Weathering Technology Consultants identify potential for optimization, list and evaluate alternatives and develop the most suitable path for you to achieve improvement. The final deliverable is a comprehensive proposal that includes the project plan and the milestones (project deliverables) of a program to optimize your weathering processes corporate-wide.
